This is my concern too as I currently have 165 days on my sub.

They were fairly emphatic about saying 90 days total during the campaign period, so I'm assuming if you have 60 days, for example, going in, if you buy an additional 30 then you would receive the reward. I would assume this also means that people who begin the expansion with 90+ days on their sub already will automatically receive the reward -- I imagine it's a reward for being subbed, and not for buying a sub.

When the campaign is on, all you need to do is be subscribed, not BUY time during the campaign. See the difference? ^^

They did this way back for Legacy with the same condition.
