UPDATE: i spoke with an online representative and they confirmed my details the store is out of whack lol so if you are having trouble just go back an check for the confirmation purchase e-mail or even your card statement to see that you did indeed purchase a Stormblood pre-order

So will this mean it will actually download even though no timer?
