PSA: Stormblood Pre Order through PSN store

I noticed the exact same thing this morning, and had a mini-freak out. But then I noticed something:

The number of add-ons that I purchased showed two, but when I clicked on the add-ons it showed only one: HW. Like everyone else, it showed I hadn't pre-ordered SB, even though I had, but the fact that it was saying I had a second add-on that wasn't showing was weird.

So I tapped down past the avatars to the new bonus theme from the CE pre-order and clicked on that, and it took me to a new page that showed the Stormblood pre-order itself, and had a countdown timer for the download. I think it read 1 day 11 hours and change, off the top of my head, and it was counting down. So while the pre-order wasn't showing on my game page, and the store seemed to think I hadn't ordered it, it was still showing as a countdown to download.

i noticed that it says i've purchased stormblood but i bought the collectors edition which should have a timer on it but doesn't.. don't know if i should be concerned or not but just in case i have my purchase e-mail with an item order number if they try to tell me to buy it again.

UPDATE: i spoke with an online representative and they confirmed my details the store is out of whack lol so if you are having trouble just go back an check for the confirmation purchase e-mail or even your card statement to see that you did indeed purchase a Stormblood pre-order

Just checked at my end. It shows theme will download tomorrow but the expansion itself it shows the full price.... I also got the CE
Looking at purchase history in the store via PSN it does not show up However i did log on my Mac earlier today into my account and it showed that it was in fact purchased.
I too am very worried at this point, should be fixed by the 15th is not at all reassuring, lol
And i will be super mad if cannot get it given the issues i have already had this year with the game itself, this time it would be Sony's fault

OK so before sony's conferance i had a timer, now i checked out of curiosity it says Not avalable to purchase becuse ' you already own storm blood pre order'

but the pre order dosnt show up anywhere with no timer. so uhh. whats going on?

becuse i think it changed my CE pre order to a NORMAL pre order...


edit: ... i now have the theme and the avatar.. this is confusing as all hell.


edit2: OK on my service list it NOW says Digital CE and Pre-order BUT no way to download or set up the auto download

It's not even showing up as a purchase for me

Settings-> Playstaion Network/Account Management -> Account Information -> Services List -> Final Fantasy XIV -> should show up here

Click 14, it should show there. It is an expansion for 14, not a separate game.

At least that's where it shows for me.

Like others I see the EA for Stormblood in my services list. Im just hoping they fix the issue today as PSN updates. My biggest worry is that obviously Sony and SE are separate entities and without some sort of link between the PSN purchase and SE's records of your purchase how will the client know that you have early access.

Clock shows if you click on theme, lets hope it downloads
