And that's not a good thing my friend. It bears out the mega nerf the Tooltips were showing.

The best part to me is the whole i275 vs i290 gear argument... like i290 is going to be the level 70 gear cap... 370 is more like it.... as for the damage my SMN has like 245 gears with no materia and can still drop 6k crits with ruin 3... deathflare crit for over 10k so I'm wondering what master summoner silverquick is doing wrong for his damage to be so low...

Let me tell ya: crit < 1k, not enough ss for the extra trance ruin but piety melts and piety Anima for 1k more mp cause that's meta for ruin spam out of trance... :3

That was OUTSIDE of Trance my friend... and without Echo and Bard song...

The guy in the video can't even achieve 3900 on a Ruin 3 Crit INSIDE of Trance... at 70th level.... when anyone currently easily achieve a 4700 crit OUTSIDE of Trance.

And apparently you seem to think you're going to be any different when Ruin 3 is nerfed into the ground like that.

Everyone's screaming doom and gloom to SMN. It's gonna be real funny if it winds up being the meta caster while they destroy BLM and RDM in savage parses with offensive raid buffs in their kit.

Reminds me of 2.0 SMN. Everyone was calling it trash until people realized, once the parser started tracking dots correctly, it curb stomped everyone. Then Yoshi-p took thunder away .

Ummm I see raid meta being discussed and I think SMN will prolly beat out BLM for a caster spot, since BLM has no utility. (Devotion + contagion)

(Also I just realized that SMN + PLD might be a good combo since PLD can spam their magic dmg Fell Cleave equivalent during contagion windows)
