log into your square store account, select my account, go to Your Orders, find your order. Under where is says FINAL FANTASY XIV STORMBLOOD[ PC DOWNLOAD] you should see Unlock Code click that and it'll bring you to the download and activation page where your EA code is located. Once you have it go to the Stormblood EA site enter that code their and it'll unlock the code you need to enter into the mog station

i did that and i also tried going to that page directly from the confirmation email that was sent to me, the problem im having is when i go to that page there is no code and there is no "unlock the activation key" button that the instructions say should be there. its just a page that says
Congratulations for your order.

Click the INSTRUCTIONS button for each product and read the installation guide carefully.
When applicable, use the DOWNLOAD button to download your product and click UNLOCK THE ACTIVATION KEY to obtain your activation key.

Note: As soon as you unlock the activation key, you lose your right for a refund.

I am having this exact same issue. Wondering if I should cancel the pre-order if SE isn't going to, y'know, honor the pre-order.

Having this exact same issue, bought Stormblood about two hours ago, got the order confirmation message but haven't gotten my code yet.

Me too! bought it 5 hours ago from SE NA Store, got the order confirmation but no code for early access, maybe I should be patient!!

It takes about a day and a half for them to send you the code. As you stated, patients is the key, since they are flooded right now with last minute pre-order purchases and questions.

Because that won't be available till June 20th. It's the same as the Heavensward expansion was back in the day. All you need or can do is activate the early access code for now, make sure it's marked in your account with an little O next to the early access. On June 20th, you will be able to log into the square enix store, and instead of a grey out button, or a current green button with the code, you'll find an updated code as well as instructions, on how to activate the game itself. You will also get another code, that if you purchased the collectors edition and entered the code after the official launch, will send you the extra items to your in game mailbox. You will have one week to follow up on that, otherwise you'll be locked out of the game till you activate that code.

To everybody else that didn't purchase from the SE store, and haven't received a EA code yet, should get in contact with that seller. Same goes for the actual activation code, if it's the download version, starting June 20th.
