Not a PS4 player. I think I have to check some box or something to let strangers see my records on loadstone, but I've only visited that place like once or twice ever outside of reading patch notes. I don't need to though because I can just give you a link to my kills, like I said. Not that I was meaning to bring them up since it was all about healer DPS in the first place, so don't ding me on that.
But I mean yeah I could be less of a dick.
Recently returned player.
I make sure they're not DPSing first, and how am I punishing them? If anything they should be thanking me! If they only want to heal in the dungeon I'm just giving them more things to heal. Are you sure your not the lazy one... I mean, if your playing terribly bad in DF and expecting the healer to carry you... it seems like your the problem. Are you sure they weren't DPSing while you were making sure to stand in that orange AOE?
lol I get what your saying but... trying to force people to do things or punish them is kinda low. I know it is probably rare for you, but if I saw the tank doing terrible I wouldn't think it is because he is teaching the healer a lesson.
I don't have much of a horse in this race as I only casually heal but you've said 4 times now that a healer only needs to press a button once a minute which in this case would be a Cure once every minute. I ask that you please give an example of when a healer only presses a cure spell once a minute because I don't think that shit would fly in any dungeon with a tank that wants to pull balls to the wall slap happy.
I don' tthink it is a big deal at all, Some people hate seeing others having an easy time and such, but when I do a dungeon, I worry about number 1, make sure I do my rotations, be it DPS or tanking, and do the mechanics of the fight, if tank... I hope I remember the map so I don't needlessly lead the party down a dead end corridor.

Cure is overrated. I don't need cure when I can use Regen - Medica II and some instant heal to keep the tank alive while i'm DPSing.I don't have much of a horse in this race as I only casually heal but you've said 4 times now that a healer only needs to press a button once a minute which in this case would be a Cure once every minute. If you don't think how.. intentionally trying to make them do something because you didn't like something else they did is punishment... then I really can't help you.
Maybe reprisal is more fitting? I dunno, I looked up punishment, and at least to me it fits as defined in the argument.

Well but that goes the other way around. Why isn't the healer helping the other 3 people to clear the dungeon faster? Mobs in this game don't hit hard enough for constant healing. If you don't think how.. intentionally trying to make them do something because you didn't like something else they did is punishment... then I really can't help you.

If we're going to pull from classic video games, I'll cite Aerith and Yuna, both of her were able to learn offensive spells you utilized far more frequently because random encounters were never overly threatening. In fact, Yuna had a higher magic stat than Lulu if you took both through their respective grids, thus she were the better of the two offensively. Both also allotted for ample customization and could become power houses. Come to think of it, how many single player games did you have the "healer" only heal throughout the entire play through?I'm just gonna leave this here:
A healer is a type of character class in video gaming. When a game includes a health game mechanic and multiple classes, often one of the classes will be designed around the restoration of allies' health, known as healing, in order to delay or prevent their defeat. Such a class can be referred to as a healer.
I would take anything said by the guy who and I quote "you all need to calm down. It is very rare. You need to go to diadem. Win the weapon, it's like a jackpot. You all need to calm down." and "I believe anima weapons are stronger" with a grain of salt.
