Average iLvl should be adjusted and weighted properly

I still don't understand why SE uses item level as the metric in the DF. PS3 limitations? (sarcasm) Just use primary stat checks! People cheese the iLvl check ALL THE TIME!

Weapon damage should definitely come into play there as well though.. As it just means far too much.

I am fine with main stat as a gate - but someone can have a very average weapon and be ok in all the other slots and still pass a check if it was only main stat.
It would be similar to the iLvl issue.

That is what I was trying to address in my thread.

Why should a tank enter in a df 2k less then what another should be? it needs main stat, weapon level, and hp, ilevel alone is not enough, unless they change the gear itself where all slots are as weighed as same as weapon for stat difference.

I had an all right side strength dark knight enter a12n recently with about 20k hp.
