A simple yet amazing change would be that the Lily system should work like Grease Lightning does for MNK, makes u faster and heal more potent (maybe DPS more strongly, but that would be a little OP) and u can exchange it for the big heals and reduced CDs. The only two things wrong I can see wrong with this is that too much buff is OP, too little would be useless and it doesn't provide raid utility that main WHMs want.

You are asking for "Meta spot" and Meta Spot has nothing to do with Gameplay. If WHM is out of Meta that doesn't mean that WHM is bad or WHM's gameplay is bad or boring...Ask for "Meta spot" is not the point here.

Well, on Ultros (and a few others have said here) WHMs are already getting kicked from things like Weeping City and Dun Scaithe. what we want is to not be afraid of even being kicked from The 24 man raid, which is looking more and more like it might happen.

And Ex Primals could be considered "raids", not Savage raid levels but 8 man raids of sorts.

@jxnibbles you are correct in that regard which is why the idea of empowering with 3 lilies is where I think this could really help. Unfortunately I have a character limit so couldn't go into detail, but the empowering of skills would 'be more to the effect of turning Divine Benison and Trtragrammaton into AoE skills, giving Asylum the ability to refresh anyone inside the bubble, making Regen an AoE say 5 yards around target, etc. Depending on how the skills are actually empowered, it could bring white mage viability back on the table. One or two Lily charges would be more for casual and learning players to balance MP use, where proper use of 3 Lily empowered abilities could make a big difference on the top end. They may not get buffs, but having higher quality shields and regen abilities could make a big difference I think.

That said, maybe it won't help at all. I am admittedly inexperienced in end game content and can only theorize with what sounds like it could be good.

I am repeating myself like a broken record because of the importantance of this question, but the most important question from raiders that you can bring to the devs from us is, "why would we bring a WHM to raids when we can have The Balance and Chain Stratagem?" This question holds the greatest weight to us, and is intended to be a serious matter (not offensive).

I know not a dev response but my thought process is basically MP sustain for healing and DPS. Assize @ 60s, Lucid Dreaming @ 90s, Thin Air @ 120s, and Freecure procs (which are not only infinitely MP efficient but will also generate Lillies for the WHM). Getting a 10% reduction to Assize's recast would mean you get to use it more often than Aetherflow (arguably - since they have Quicken Aetherflow but even that's a low proc chance).

I have no idea how the fights will be designed but at a lark the MP kit for WHM is shaping up to the best of the three healers if current tooltips are to remain. Time will tell if that remains true or not.

If you get kicked from a party because you are WHM, its good because you dont want to be there...
If you are right and people are kicking WHMs from party, they are just stupid people, and stupid people will do non-sense things.

If you like WHM, play WHM, if WHM is out of Meta, who cares? are you playing for First Wold kill? if you are, then you should play WHM, AST and SCH, but you are not fuck the meta dude, you play because you ENJOY playing, if you dont enjoy the game because you are playing a "meta" job, you are doing something wrong.

If you get kicked from a DF or RF party just because you play an "out of meta" job, they are stupid and you dont want to play with stupid people.

so, please if you think "ho shit...WHM is really bad because WHM will be out of meta..." stop posting here, think about what means meta.

The Media Tour build was a disaster to the Reputation for WHM and because MANY People saw it, the stigma is there. it is going to take something very big to stop this type of thing.

Was only a disaster to the whm rep because players made it so. The freak out was real and most of it not constructive at all in the beginning. Some folks didn't get want they want as far as skills and effectively self sabotaged the class. However, that rep may not be as badly damaged either. From talking to people in game a lot of players seem to think the reaction was overblown. So it might salvaged yet.

I don't agree with you, people who care meta is really really low, people used to play what they enjoy, if people play WHM and its really boring, or hard RNG scripted they wont play WHM, but if WHM is fun and you can complete any kind of content with WHM, they will play WHM. (People running world first or speed run are pretty know of meta, so they know what to play)
