so... how do i get the job stone? are you saying i need to unlock Marauder in Limsa Lominsa and level it to 15 in order to get a job stone? Thanks!

Alternatively, you can just wait 10 days, because in Stormblood they are doing away with the Marauder requirement. Though people are right that being a class is frowned upon in endgame content.

Unlocking other jobs is good anyway, you might want to mix and match to understand the jobs that your party members would be playing a bit better

once you have Marauder at lvl 15 and Lancer at lvl 30 (wich you already have), you will get a quest in the Lancer-Guild in Gridania wich will reward you with the job stone to become a Dragoon.

As heavensward comes with stormblood, the recommendation should be to just buy stormblood.
