Is Level 50 the highest?

If you don't have a job stone, go get that... immediately. For Lancer you need to unlock Marauder in Limsa Lominsa and level it to 15. Then you can do a quest chain to unlock the Dragoon job. You'll have 5 job quests which give you additional skills up to level 50 and after you get Heavensward, you can do an additional job quest every 2 levels for even more skills. Playing as a class (Lancer, Pugilist, Marauder, Gladiator etc etc.) is considered poor form as the upgraded jobs (Dragoon, Monk, Warrior, Paladin etc etc.) for each class are stronger with much needed better skills

so... how do i get the job stone? are you saying i need to unlock Marauder in Limsa Lominsa and level it to 15 in order to get a job stone? Thanks!
