Those tooltips in that video are out of date. I know yoshi p said in the live letter brotherhood buffed physical damage. If thats not true thats better but still bad. In the video you Linked RoF is 20% dmg for a loss of 30% speed but we know it to be 30% dmg for a loss of 15% speed
