Except it really doesn't. There isn't going to be much change to non-Savage/Extreme content in the way the job plays. You're still just going to hit Medica II with a Regen on the tank, then pop Holy or Aero into Stone depending on the pull size. Meanwhile, in Savage/Extreme content, the WHM is objectively worse off for these changes... and they were already a job that was hated on in 3.x.

I'm about as casual as it gets and I'm going to feel the loss of stoneskin and am peeved that I now must pray to RNGesus to pull off two of my new skills. Learning to play with the new changes shouldn't equal ignoring them.

They indeed can. Now all we need is an RNG based tank and together we can make groups that either succeed or fail spectacularly.
