This thread specifically says non raid content, yes I would take 10-15% damage over anything else
Missed that, but even then it'd be hard to believe they are gonna be at 10-15% on top of the others. Even then, the oGCDs are not free, they are gated by kenki much like the random oGCDs for the others are gated by time. We can only really wait and see.

10-15%.You should read this.

This has a pretty good breakdown. Sam won't be light years ahead, maybe 10~15% above drg/mnk.
Versus Monk being like, 2% above DRG in 3.0 lol.
Let's just assume everyone does 4000+ DPS in SB. That's 600 DPS above the rest. No utility in the word is going to cover that gap.
Monk being only 2% above drg is the reason why deletemnk was a thing. The gap was not large enough.
Again, I'd put money down that it won't be 10-15%. Probably somewhere between 4-10% and the high side is probably a really large stretch.
No one really knows.
Again this is for non raid content.
SAM better get used to handling their Enmity or they are going to seriously annoy me when I am tanking. No wonder they gave tanks two potential taunts. The benchmark with Sasano attacking the SAM suddenly makes so much more sense.
Potencies are still subject to change and even then the gap in DPS in non-raid content (which isnt that big of a deal anyway) will be entirely subject to player execution meaning massive variances in performance when partied with the Duty Finder.
Theres a reason classes generally aren't balanced around non-raid content, In that you are less likely to see glaring discrepancies across jobs due to their lower difficulty and ease of access.
The deeps is the utility
They have higher dps and the slashing debuff too built into its combo so it can basically be interchangeable with NINs or WARs in a raid group. I wonder if TA's 10% every 60 seconds & the MT being able to drop tank stance will be able to make up for the massive dps gap between them. But still no matter what they do, people will always find a meta anyway.
