If you'll notice, though, the tooltips that were incorrect were merely number differences. Those are easy changes. The issue with the WHM changes isn't an easily fixed potency one.



It depends. If something like the proc rate for lilies were something like 50%. That's a huge difference for reducing cooldowns.
(In before someone says that's not the rate. I know, it's a hypothetical situation that could spell the night and day difference between how the class would play.)



That's fair. The problem is that most of the changes are tiny little changes -- like Riddle of Fire being 30% damage boost with 15% slow rather than 20%/30% respectively. The problems with the new WHM design aren't as easily solved as "oh it's now 30% chance when you cast Cure or Cure II".
If someone wins an argument, they have learned nothing.
