The Far Eastern Lord/Lady attire is from China. The Far Eastern Matriarch/Patriarch sets are from Korea.
The Eastern Greeting and Eastern Dance emotes were available first in China, and I think this applies for the Eastern Stretch emote as well (but not sure on that one).
The Doman/Angel/Devil Chocobo bardings are also from China (don't know if you're including the bardings in your lists).
And the Eastern Journey items were part of a 7/11 Promotion in Japan. Same as the Maid/Butler outfits, and I think the Fuga items were as well (but again, not sure on that one).

Could have swore that the Eastern Journey items were part of a 7-11 Promo. I know that the cloud mount was a China original, but I thought I saw a post about 7-11 promos and using points from items bought to get the Eastern Journey items?

Oh, an addition for the OST minions, OP: Wind-Up Dalamud from Before Meteor OST and Wind-Up Bahamut from the ARR OST. Both are out of print now, however, but the codes lasted until December 31, 2015. Also, did you include the Wind-Up Delivery Moogle? Code is still valid.

Other loyalty glamours: Cloud's Advent Children Attire, Wild Rose Attire.
Loyalty minions: Wind-up Cursor, Wind-up Warrior of Light, Wind-up Leader, Wind-up Odin, Wind-up Gilgamesh, Wind-up Goblin, Wind-up Firion.

While these may not be 3.0-3.5 items, there are players that have received them during HW's tenure, so I feel it's important to include them as well.

For In-Game Mounts, don't forget Primal birds/Firebird. Also, there is a red and black ADS mount as well.
