    At a guess, all the tank gear currently in the game will have Accuracy replaced with Direct Hit.

    Yes I know it's a "DPS only stat" but it will probably happen to healers with acc melds and animas aswell. Any gear that's level 61+ will not have it on there and will be Tenacity/Det/Crit/Skill Speed only.

    This seems like the most likely scenario.
