The 3 people who were teamed with the dodger will still need a replacement once that person logged off or switched to an alt. It'll punish that person more, yes, but ultimately not resolve the problem of leaving in the first place. They'd sooner not queue to begin with.

1. A player tag for the roulette.
2. The player enters Val d'Aurum (unlucky).
3. From that point the player's roulette is locked on Val d'Aurum.
4. The lock is open once he has completed Val d'Aurum.

So he won't leave his 3 poor teammates alone, because he has to do it. Or he can leave and never do roulette again.
