Questions regarding Stormblood Pre-orders or Collector's Edition

Normally it should be automatically and not even have a code, but hey everything changes, so let's just go with that.

Just to clarify this part a little: If you purchase the PS4 version directly from the PlayStation Store itself, then there are no codes involved and the game is registered to your PSN account (and linked SE account) automatically. However, anyone who purchases it from anywhere else will get a PSN code to enter on the PlayStation Store (since either way, the PS Store needs to know of the purchase). Nephthys, for instance, mentioned buying it from EB Games, so that would involve a PSN code.

I just preordered on PSN and it not showing on mog station as preordered nor has it downloaded the theme yet. Might be a delay or they are not pushing out the pre order theme until couple days before early access. Has anyone got a mark for early access on mog station and ordered on PSN?

Bought a friend the FFXIV Complete Edition for Windows, which includes ARR, HW, and SB. As we all are well aware, the full release of SB isn't until June 20. Why can't he register the code to start playing ARR and HW though? This is absurd. Initially, I assumed it was a Digital Download which would have been easiest but it switched its-self to a Physical Copy and I didn't realize until now that there isn't a "Digital Download" for the full Complete Edition. First of all, SE, this is a kick in the groin, not only did I spend 50+ dollars to have to wait a full month for my friend to play the already released content, but it was a birthday present as well. I have read around, trying to see if I am the only one with this issue and I am not. Secondly, how can you expect a new player to play your game, when the receive a pre-order code for early access to Stormblood, when they can't even activate the game by buying the complete edition until the item ships?

I agree that it should been digital and just locked SB until 20th. But best bet at this point is having your friend start a trial account and upgrade it to full.

Everything is done by sony if ordered through the PSN and your account is flagged as having pre-ordered the game so when EA comes around all you'l have to do is download the patch and update files and just continue playing. Any themes or bonuses will come out when the game goes full release.

The complete edition is not out yet and not eligible for pre-order bonuses either. Now if you wanted to play right away you should of bought this version which is only $30 and then bought SB by itself.

Not sure where you ordered from but both amazon and SE website both state the product "the complete edition" will be released on June 20th 2017.

I've been seeing a lot of people who've ordered through them and have been having problems either getting the codes or the codes not working. You'll need to contact Amazons customer service and use live chat if you haven't received it by now and they'll help you out.

Ok so I got the email from SE telling me that my parcel is ready to be despatch (odd still 3 weeks to go) and they gonna charge my card on Monday the 29th.

1) does this mean they gonna ship the Collectors Edition as soon as they take the money on Monday? (Shouldn't take 3 weeks to get home tbh)

2) my other question is a bit tricky, when I press ordered the CE everything went well and all. Put my credit card details etc. but NOW when I wanna check my payment bit on the SE site I get this :

That doesn't make any sense cause I already pay for it. So how is it charging me for the game?
