Questions regarding Stormblood Pre-orders or Collector's Edition

I pre-ordered the Stormblood Digital CE on the PS Store a few weeks ago while I was not an active player but playing over the Free Login Weekend and was not alarmed when the Mogstation did not have a circle next to my name for 'Early Access' because I figured that it did not appear simply because my account was technically not active. I reactivated my account this past Sunday for 6 months and yet, even as of today, the circle does not appear under the Stormblood Early Access tab in the Mogstation. Is this normal? I had to take a long break from the game minus a month in between all of that but I am back and excited about playing early that entire weekend in June. I would be super bummed out if it doesn't happen for me due to some type of glitch.

I'm in the same exact situation. Weird thing is that after redeeming my PSN code... I can redeem it again and again with no "This code has already been used" message

I know im a little late to this, but I've pre-ordered my ps4 copy of the game through EbGames (I'm aussie) and i put my code i receved into the SE website, that gave me the psn code.
That all went well, but now on my mog station it doesnt say i have early access, nor anywhere on my psn does it say i have it. In my libary/downloads/anywhere that i can see.
Is this normal? Im just hoping ill get my early access.

. Normally it should be automatically and not even have a code, but hey everything changes, so let's just go with that. If you're on ps4 and have received that email, that indicates that you have purchased/pre ordered the product, you're good to go. The download will be visible the moment it becomes available (June 15th most likely since early access is June 16th, but keep checking because it might be a bit earlier or later then that). However you don't need to do anything, you'll have the early access, even so it's not showing on the mog station. It's like that for all systems not just ps4, and was the same for HW. It showed as visible the day of the actual early access with HW. I wouldn't be worried about that, however just to make sure, check your account and see that it at least displays the SB expansion being purchased/pre ordered. IF that isn't the case because of whatever reason, get in contact with the support team via ingame ticket and have them check it out. Otherwise just relax you'll be fine

Just to clarify this part a little: If you purchase the PS4 version directly from the PlayStation Store itself, then there are no codes involved and the game is registered to your PSN account (and linked SE account) automatically. However, anyone who purchases it from anywhere else will get a PSN code to enter on the PlayStation Store (since either way, the PS Store needs to know of the purchase). Nephthys, for instance, mentioned buying it from EB Games, so that would involve a PSN code.

I just preordered on PSN and it not showing on mog station as preordered nor has it downloaded the theme yet. Might be a delay or they are not pushing out the pre order theme until couple days before early access. Has anyone got a mark for early access on mog station and ordered on PSN?

Everything is done by sony if ordered through the PSN and your account is flagged as having pre-ordered the game so when EA comes around all you'l have to do is download the patch and update files and just continue playing. Any themes or bonuses will come out when the game goes full release.

Bought a friend the FFXIV Complete Edition for Windows, which includes ARR, HW, and SB. As we all are well aware, the full release of SB isn't until June 20. Why can't he register the code to start playing ARR and HW though? This is absurd. Initially, I assumed it was a Digital Download which would have been easiest but it switched its-self to a Physical Copy and I didn't realize until now that there isn't a "Digital Download" for the full Complete Edition. First of all, SE, this is a kick in the groin, not only did I spend 50+ dollars to have to wait a full month for my friend to play the already released content, but it was a birthday present as well. I have read around, trying to see if I am the only one with this issue and I am not. Secondly, how can you expect a new player to play your game, when the receive a pre-order code for early access to Stormblood, when they can't even activate the game by buying the complete edition until the item ships?

I agree that it should been digital and just locked SB until 20th. But best bet at this point is having your friend start a trial account and upgrade it to full.

He already is and that's why he wanted the full game, so he can join my FC and Trade items, and many other activities blocked by a free trial... But like I said, he even has an early access code, and can't even download the game at all until he receives his copy, that ships on the 20th. It's like saying "Hey heres an award, but you don't get to use it at all." Not only that, but fundamentally, I paid for a product that is already out and can't use it.
