Questions regarding house moving feature

Sorry but why should all those single person FCS be able to use a moving feature but not a single person with a personal house? I have one of those living opposite me its not decorated and Ive never seen it used, they don't even have an aetheryte! But if they want to move and not use there house in a desired area that's ok by you?
I use my house everyday all the time so if I want to go and enjoy the view in the new area instead why shouldn't I be able to move without any risk too?

While Shirogane and/or Moving being FC-only could certainly be exploited by single person FCs, proper FCs would still be more likely to get their houses than if the new ward was immediately opened to everyone.

I don't understand tho, why should an FC have priority over any one player? They already have airships, ect. Why shouldn't the moving feature be equal access for all?

frankly to fix it they should look at realms see how the housing is and then make it different for each world such as equal single/fc then open it together more fc give single it first and be more single then fc first.

My world would be FC first as 85% if not more of house are single own and most of the ones who are FC own the leaders of said FC has to have a personal house too what they hardly ever visit and yes I look around and gone to these FC leader house so see a bare house if it open

...you went to every fc leader's house to inspect their homes? And they were all empty? I doubt they were hanging on to them if that was the case. Most players who have a house own have it because they want one. Someone who doesn't furnish their house at all is most likely trying to sell it, or may be waiting until their fc is rank 6.

Because an entire FC of people not getting a house is a lot worse than one person not getting a house. Housing was originally designed to be FC-only, and personal housing was supposed to be entirely separate. Ever since SE dropped the ball on that, FCs have had to compete with personal housing, and a lot of valid FCs are left homeless.

My FC already has a mansion (and has no intention of moving). I want to move my personal house to Shirogane. Despite that, I would have absolutely no problem with FCs getting first dibs at new houses and/or moving. Yes, people will abuse it, and that's something that should be addressed, but legitimate FCs would still be far more likely to get the houses they've been waiting months or years for.

One I been apart of yeah I have still doesn't change the fact when new ward open should at least give FC with or without house the first shot at it maybe a 24hour head start as I look through all 3 wards now and on my realm out fo the 2,160 house only 738 are FC own while the remaining 1,422 are personal and then look through the FC own ones at the FC leader and nearly half who have a house got a personal house too.

I mean really you need a Large house for your FC and you need a Large personal to? or the ones I get a kick out of the ones who run a FC has a Small/Medium house and yet they personal own a Large and yet go to said house and if it isn't lock thing bare as they day it was made so yeah I agree with giving FC the first shot at the new ward even if its a 24hour thing over opening to everyone since already more then half the current plots are personal
