Questions regarding house moving feature

There have been a number of times this topic has come up in live letters etc however a few fairly important questions remains unanswered as far as I know. These questions are important mostly because we need time to prepare for the move.

How much gil will the move feature cost?
- Will it be the full cost of an entire plot?
- If not, will there be some form of fee?
- - If so, will there be any refund or credit toward our new house, for the original plot that will be relinquished?
- - If there is no or little cost when moving to a house of the same size, how will the upgrade/downgrade move feature work?

Would appreciate a dev response to this, as the cost hasn't come up in any of the discussions about this feature as far as I am aware.

I will politely ask that people refrain from too much venting/personal gribe against this feature. These questions are genuine questions that myself and likely many others would like to know as early as possible to allow us sufficient time to prepare.

As for the feature itself, the steps in which the players need to take is pretty simple. When accessing the sign board of the plot to purchase, players will be presented with an option to move, so they will just need to select that option. You will then be required to purchase the land.
