What people are asking for:

- Heal when healing is necessary. If your party is taking too much damage it is okay to not DPS.
- If you find yourself standing around, throw some dots on, cast a few damage skills.
- Use your time wisely. If you aren't comfortable with the dungeon no one is going to get on you, but if you can contribute please do.

Dungeons, raids, and trials are team content. That means everyone needs to pull their weight. Healers need to use their time just as efficiently as everyone else. It isn't uncommon for me to see tanks use cooldowns to give me that window of opportunity to DPS. I also see DPS pop second wind so I don't have to switch targets or change stances. They work for a team gain and healers should not be exempt from that.
