For your 5th ability we will have to see what; break, Lucid Dream and Affection actually do. One is likely an agro dump and one some sort of interrupt. Most likely you'll wanna have Cleric Stance for your 5th ability, especially for Raiding. So having said all that, do you really want to waste one of your 5 limited spots on some pull ability? Unless there is a very specific mechanic put into a boss fight that requires this, it just seems like a total waste to spend a spot on it.

For Raiding, one of the healers won't have Protect. it's possible one of them can skip Esuna too depending on the fight.

I admit on hearing that, that does add some possibilities to the fight as well or different approaches for healers.
