    All the melees get Leg Sweep as a stun now right so I imagine SAM does too. And they all have a gap closer so I'm sure they will as well.

    I do hope they do have an Assassinate type ability.
    They do. Per a kind individual on the FFXIV Reddit translating the tooltips:

    - Ageha ("鳳蝶" Phoenix Butterfly), attack ability, 60s recast, grants 15 Kenki, seems to activate when target's HP is <20%.
