Larges are constantly filled on Mateus. That one was likely auto-demolished quite recently. We recently had two mansions demolished in Goblet and they were snatched up within 24 hours.

So yes, an alt just took a mansion someone actually playing on Mateus could have used. Mansions are in high demand here.

They're in high demand everywhere. Literally everywhere. No pity.

...And if they're ON the server, who are you to say whether or not they're active enough? I think the 45 day reclaim timer is the only one who can sort that 'activity' thing out.
