Provide a warning about garden crops dying during extended server downtime

I didn't say it was good game design. I'm just telling you how to best mind yourself when you only have conflicting information as your guide.

Most important is a bit subjective but I get what you're saying. I agree this is an issue but the truth is a minority have access to housing, an even smaller minority garden, even smaller than that cross plant and even smaller regularly plant complex or 6 days + seeds to be caught any time extended maintenance happens.

I'm just being realistic here. A very tiny percentage of players are experiencing issues with plants and servers being down. The best we can hope for is a warning about it when maintenance is announced but I have to admit I would be surprised if it got enough attention for that to happen.

And I'm saying that the fact that there is conflicting information is reason enough to provide a warning about this issue. If you agree that it's bad game design, then we're on the same page, you just seem to think my feedback is too trivial to be addressed anytime soon.That's fine, I guess you know what to expect from SE's "feedback system" better than me, but anyone with half a brain knows how simple it would be to offer an official warning about this issue that continually affects players, no matter how small a minority.
