24h maintenance and gardens

I am sorry about the gardens, yet I am still pleased time has passed if only for my 12 leve allowances (18 by time of log in).

Unfortunately, I didn't have an estate when this was first brought up *looks at the thread date* so I wasn't even really aware it was an issue. I should have known better. For how rare it is to have maintenance take more than 24 hours, that's probably why it's been dropped or forgotten. That and gardens don't wither [read: die] in a span of 24 hours either. Supposedly, in guides they say it takes 72 hours for a garden to die. RIP due to misinformation.

Everywhere I read said 72 hours. Lost a couple of million gil in blood peppers at least my ping is unchanged.

I had some plants that survived this maintenance. I made sure to tend to them about fifteen minutes before we went offline. When I got back on this morning they were purple with the stink lines, but they did survive.

Onions, Krakka Roots, etc will die in less than 48 hours. Onions go purple after 16 and I believe wither at 36.

Some of the longest ones will go that long, but sadly the more expensive ones usually have the shortest timers.
