Absolutely despite it, WM was just implemented as a copy paste deal with MCH, it's widely known the best way to maximize damage as a BRD is to stance in and out of WM. But due to again, idiocy on SEs part you can't exactly do that easily with a 15 second recast.

Once you hit level 52 and you unlock WM it changes the entire feel of the class, plus you don't get any skills that correspond with WM until Empyreal Arrow and Iron Jaws are unlocked. The worst part about the mess of a class that is BRD? Sidewinder isn't even needed to be used with WM on. So you only need WM on for the usage of two skills, which in my book leads the class struggling to find a real identity.

When compared to MCH the class is evidently lacking in terms of flexibility with how the overall changes that WM brings, MCH has a lot more fluid feel with GB active, and has a lot more utility over BRD. MCH can help melee dps out, regen mp, and even keep its auto attack with the rook. Only thing the class can't do is buff magic and offer a cleanse. BRD on the other hand gets Wardens Paean, which is only useful on tanks or on self if a healer is not focused, complete loss of auto attacks with WM, and no added utility for melee dps. Iirc the idea behind BRD and MCH was to create two classes that played in parallel to one another, well you can't be parallel when one class offers more and flows better with said changes.
