    In the same interview Yoshi said that the job-specific UI for stormblood is a higher priority for them. From a practical standpoint, I can understand that if this feature was already in production, it's not practical to switch gears and just throw in a new system. From the standpoint of promoting a healthy game however and good will with the player base, this is a horrible decision.

    What does job-specific UI even mean anyway? I find the UI fine, we NEED more space functionality.

    Warrior's Defiance/Wraith charges having a clearer visualization that isn't just on it's "Status bar". Ninja's Ninjutsu timer, BLM's Enochain/astral charges, MNK's Greased Lightning, SMN's Aether/Trance buildup, MCH's bullets, pretty much UI to showcase their main gimmick so player's have a better visualization to keep track of said gimmicks.

    Ill wait to see it before I pass judgement but I really think we needed inventory issues first. For now my opinion is I rather have space functionality then worry about someone using buffs the split second they are up. Hard core people manage this without such tools and I am not sure if it makes any significant impact in causal play.

    Where people even ASKING for such changes?

    I'm not sure anyone actually asked. They just saw that WoW did it, and WoW is the only MMO their devs apparently play. So they were like, ok let's do that too.

    If that is the case, why didn't they copy wow's glam log sooner? lamo.

    It seems that my priorities are wrong too so you are not alone. I am just not sure how these changes will benefit those that already dont care about their rotation and for me, as a summoner main, well it does take some time to get used to it but really its not that bad to play a summoner and if I missed redoing my dots on time or loosing my stacks because of some mistakes..well its no big deal for me since I still do my job quite decently. (The only thing that I want to change is Garudas skill contagion..>_<)

    But I am somehow not surprised that inventory and glamour is so low on their list..I mean it was Yoshida himself that said that we just should throw the glamour away and not hoard it because we can just get it again..like its totally easy and fast to get it again >_>. (Even unsynch you really need good RNG to even see a certain item..lets not talk about all the instances with synch..)

    I am just not really sure if they are so out of it because its their game and they play it so different that they dont have such problems or because they dont want to see it. (Or because working on changing the space problems would mean less retainer sells )

    Somehow they either just put out band aids (housing problem), ignore the problem completely or have it at such a low priority even though all players would profit from it in some way (Inventory/glamour)

    It is likely they do not analyze crafting , gathering and the economy well since you can easy see it is suffering.

    The UI changes that will impact pretty much every time you're in combat versus the times you come across appearances that you want to keep on hand but are running out of space to hold...a practice that not every player engages in anyway.

    Sorry chief, the UI changes have the bigger impact on the game.

    Sounds like they have their priorities in the correct order.
