then finally one of the speedrunners got kicked for spamming "leeches" after rudely asking for "dispell" when my friend had no clue what "dispell" was because it is not a name of any ability she has.

So someone asked for a dispell which is perfectly legitimate and didn't get one because the person with the dispell didn't know which of their spells it was. After telling them how the dispell is called on a Scholar because apparently the healer does not know all of the spells in their toolbox they get kicked for having the audacity of asking for a dispell and pointing out how it's called.

Suddenly I'm no longer surprised that your friends always encounter the terrible "toxic" people wherever they go.
