They already do this. Except in advance, at the 30 or 35 day mark, to the registered email, saying the remaining days till demolish. So of course, if you get an email saying 10 days till, and it's 10 days old...
...and while I'm sure it wouldn't be too much work to have the system generate another email at the expiry it wouldn't do much of anything other than let you know you can't do anything. Pointless.



OP meant for a private room getting demolished, not a house (title is a bit misleading). That can be out of your control and if you're on break when it happens, you have no notification that there's a time limit on all those items in storage being sent to the abyss.They already do this.
