While, I wont deny the posibility of lovers, I think everything hints more at a paternal relationship between the two. I cant remember, but wasn't Pipin adopted when he was really young, i think him and Nanamo are around the same age, but Raubahn wanted to help out the orphaned Nanamo since she treated him as person not an object.

It's stated that mixed breed children take the race of the mother with aspects of the father. So it'd be a lalachild with much thicker body proportions, and possibly taller as well.

Also, Raubahn is like her older brother, this is stated time and again.
