Questions regarding Stormblood Pre-orders or Collector's Edition

So I know shipping can be tricky and not exact but I have a quick hypothetical about maybe buying the physical CE.

Lets say I pre-order my CE and early access is all swell but suddenly SE received too many pre-orders for CE so shipping goes a bit slower. Now my CE is being delivered NOT on the 20th (or before) but on the 23rd. Will I be SOL from the launch until it gets here? I ask because I've gotten screwed before with shipping and pre-ordering stuff and this could affect many who buy the CE or even normal physical because they have store credit with best buy/amazon/target/ect.

Will there be any grace period given to early access code accounts to give them time to input their physical CE codes? I'm not being being crazy and thinking week here but just 48-72 hours or something to make sure any delays in shipping won't screw people at launch.

I believe they do have a grace period I remember one for the last expansion

Will a Mac version be available on June 20th for NA?

Hopefully, us Mac users won't have a repeat of ARR launch. I want to see the new stuff the same time as everyone else. I'm so excited!


Oops. Nevermind. I found the information after I posted the question. For any other Mac user, the answer is yes. Mac only available through digital download. No pre-orders available for NA.

When I pre order the physical stormblood expansion from Amazon for PS4 does it still include the amazon promotion pack? When I do receive the physical copy of stormblood would I just simply insert disc to install expansion into my PS4?

Sorry fairly confused and I really want the nimbus mount! LOL

the early access code will download the full digital version and then when you get the disc in the mail you just have to enter the key in the package to keep playing.

Considering Amazon has the Mac download version available for preorder (and mentions the promo code on that page) and Stormblood's promo article on the launcher states that the promo's specifically for NA users, I'm wondering how old the information is.

Promo =/= Stormblood pre-order

The Amazon promotion for NA users is for buying any game or accessory from Amazon.com. It's not tied to Stormblood and doesn't pertain to SB's pre-order beyond the fact that SB is one of the many games Amazon is selling. The pre-order bonuses and promo bonuses are entirely separate things.

Im a PC player, I bought the game on Steam, so i bought too the Stormblood CE on Steam, Steam gave me 2 Keys, 1 for Stormblood CE and other for Pre-Purchase Bonus, after that i Logged on MogStation to Upgrade my account but I only saw an Option for Prep-purchase, So I use the PP Key, an after that Im not able to use the CE Key or I dont know where to use it.

The Status of my account is only Storblood Early Access, It doesnt recognize the CE.

It's weird that you'd have gotten them both already. They're separate keys because you need the pre-order key before early access starts, whereas generally retailers aren't supposed to give out game keys until the game is released. Sounds like Steam jumped the gun a bit. I'd just wait and try your CE code again on June 20, when the game is actually released. That's when players would normally be expected to get them.

You'll have no issue. When the game releases your game client will just update and you are set to go.
