Questions regarding Stormblood Pre-orders or Collector's Edition

Good day. I preordered the Digital Collector's Edition from PSN the day it came out. When are we supposed to get the pre-order bonus items? (Ala-Mhigan earrings and Red Mage minion). I ask because I got an email from Sony confirming my pre-order, but I never got an email from SE themselves. Thanks.

You'll get the pre-order items when the game releases. The e-mail you got was just to confirm you got the game through them and not the square store.

While there will be a digital Stormblood Collector’s Edition on Steam, there are no plans to release a physical Collector’s Edition for Steam. In regard to the pre-order bonuses, you will receive those when pre-purchasing Stormblood on Steam (scheduled to begin in May 2017).

So as of right now Best Buy's website make not mention of any pre-order bonus or even Early Access and they seem to know nothing about it either. As this response from a best buy community rep.

Unfortunately we’re unable to provide any specific information about the pre-order bonuses or early access timing for this title yet. As release approaches though we’ll more than likely update the product page with more details as they become available, so be sure to keep an eye out there for more information. Sorry if this has already been answered but if you preorder the physical PS4 version through the Square-Enix store will you also get the exclusive ps4 theme/avatar or is that available only to psn preorders?

Uh the PC players mentioned some code that you get for the collector's edition. I'm guessing that you dont need that if you bought it from the PSN store?
