Speed test websites are completely useless because ISPs heavily prioritize those websites so that they can claim their advertised internet speeds. I've had one tell me I was getting 26MBps while I was downloading a Warframe update at 9 BITES per second.care to try again?:
10/10
It is SE's end, not mine, that is to Quebec Canada while on the game, just now, while posting this.
What did the say the game was supposed to be playable on? 180 ping was it?
I do not call it playable when I can be hit for full damage up to 2 sec after i used Attunement. Something is wrong and the point of this thread is to get it addressed.

At some point you are just developing a sense of timing to do that anyway, regardless of the delay, It just annoys people that does not study the game in and out to learn when exactly the game feels like actually triggering the ability. Make it last a second or 2 shorter but let it trigger properly, I mean it shouldn't be that hard to "balance" without RNG delays (they are not consistent) EVERYTHING should be constant with what "instant" means. If not change those "intended" abilities to show "cast .5 sec" or whatever, because I have to tell you for something that is instant, bloodletter is slow as hell. I also had death flare start the animation but nothing happened, but blizzard IV can go off with endochain off? things need be more constant because makes you feel things are bugged otherwise and frustrating deal with 10 million different meanings of what instant means!!!!!! When you add in ping delays on top of these "intended" lag delays , it really makes a frustrating experience and this:Prove that is is "balance" and not an oversight, (as in sounded like a good idea but turned out it wasn't) I do not see intentional lag as balance.
Also you did not read what I said, I can cast bio II without swiftcast and bane goes off before it is applied, not transferring. Only Miasma works correctly. (even if swiftcast)
If you need to put intentional lag because something is too powerful, that only shows game balance is not dealt with well, If it says instant, it better be damn instant, not .5- 2. sec depending how fast the server is processing that day. It is not even consistent, that is an issue.
If stuff is made like it should be, how would that suddenly make an imbalance? makes no sense.
false. Programing a processing delay does not make it playable at 200 ms, it makes the situation WORSE! I should not be allowed to blow CDs and have them on recast on things already dead. It may be "playable" to a "casual" play style (no idea what that is like) but when you try to max your damage and squeeze in the most you can, these processing delays (like showing I did start casting death flare but it never went off) It becomes very frustrating and "unplayable" in a sense I can't max my output from it, esp when I can't bane after BIO!FINAL FANTASY XIV was designed to be played in an environment featuring ping times of 200 – 220 milliseconds or less. Even if players experience an increase in ping times due to the data center relocation, as long as their times remain below 200 ms, then they may rest easy, for there should be no discernable difference in gameplay.
Nothing to do with how legit speed tests are or not.
