Quantify huuuuge (hint: it's much closer to 10% than 30%). I distrust "facts" proclaimed by people who speak in terms of "huuuuge" and "deal".
WM forces a higher skill requirement to make the same damage output, but also raises the potential damage ceiling (at a much higher skill level requirement). A well-practiced raider will be able to manage this. Average DF member (possibly not on their main class) will likely not show a marked increase. If they aren't using WM, then I suggest that you don't force them to learn it on the spot. You will regret it. Maybe point them toward SSS as a homework assignment. It will encourage them to beat their own scores, and WM will become necessary if they desire to push to the last couple of dummies for savage Creator. (I fully support something like SSS as a gatekeeper for that content, as simplistic as it is)

Huge as in "if you don't learn how to use it you are holding your party members back". Honestly saying "it's only like 10%" to excuse other players poor performance is worse than those that don't use it. Blm not using enochian? Oh leave him alone this isn't savage. I'm not forcing anyone to learn anything, but i expect them to try, and you should too. I'd love to see you do a birb farm with 7 other players who ignore core aspects of their job. Or even expert roulette with 3 others. Cuz guess what... THAT'S WHERE THESE PEOPLE END UP! Why don't we organize an a11s learning party for next week, I'll find 7 "special snowflakes" from my df travels and send them your way. Stop holding the bar so rediculously low.
