Replying on mobile so pardon the derps, but have to chime in with the person who commented about gear: sure, you can easily see where the vendors are, but you can't immediately figure out what they sell. Most vendors sell white gear more or less the same level range as the regional mobs but they don't offer everything for every slot. Maybe the vendor in Little Ala Mhigo sells armor but the accessories can be found several maps over. A quick internet search would remedy this, but for the newbie strapped with gil, going back and forth across city states and regions might be a little daunting.

Do something about it.
Complaining to us who most likely aren't the issue ain't doing a thing for you.
Unless your goal was to just complain

Thank you, that is literally the exact point I was trying to make.Replying on mobile so pardon the derps, but have to chime in with the person who commented about gear: sure, you can easily see where the vendors are, but you can't immediately figure out what they sell. For example, while leveling my alt, I decided to grab some level 15-ish accessories and food before going into Sastasha. Lo and behold, the vendor in Aleport, the vendor nearest to the dungeon, does not sell either of those things. I had to travel back to Limsa Lominsa to get those items, and only did so because I already knew they would be there. A brand new player isn't going to do that. They're going to charge straight into the dungeon with what they've got.
Then after their dungeon, they're going to keep charging through the main story, which is likely to feed them gear that doesn't even suit their class, half the time with no indication that they've been given gear for another role. Is it any wonder new people struggle? And when the dungeons are so easy that one or two competent people can carry even a terribly geared player all the way to new content, the only way these issues get caught half the time is by other players calling out the offenders, which requires the offender being willing to listen to other people's often less than pleasantly delivered advice...
It's an in-game issue that stream-lined delivery, tutorials, and tuning could far better address. And honestly, who cares if low-level players get spoon-fed information a bit at the beginning if it makes an easier time for everyone else later on?

I would like to add all those tanks not using defensive cooldowns, Dark Knights being in Grit without Dark Side, people pulling without a reason, healers recasting protect in the middle of the fight (this happened to me today in DUN SCAITH, 3 times he did it for no reason). There will be players like that no matter the level. I was honestly surprised you hadn't come across any bad MNKs as there seems to be a surge of those due to Stormblood...

I've commented this in other places. I'm never disappointed by DF, because I know you get what you get. If you want to set terms and requirements, go premade.
If you're getting this hung up over pre-level 50 dungeons then that's extremely distressing. I remember being new and so confused. I didn't know about tool tips, I didn't know about rotations or combos, I didn't know anything. I have to say that yes, it is partially my fault, but what caused all this frustration and confusion was the fact that so many windows and tips were popping up and I just didn't know what to do. It's hard being new to the game and having everything seemingly hit you at once. Yes, it sucks to be stuck in a party with little to no damage or no healer DPS, but you have to remember you'll probably never see them again, and that our sprouts are just trying to get through the dungeon to go back to the story. I would recommend not leveling up anything for a while, especially if you're going at it for half a day. You're bound to be ticked off with the littlest of things if you carry on.

If you read their posts, you'd see they actually tried to do something about it, but naturally came across the "my sub, my way" type of players. The most anyone can do in that situation is either deal with it (enabling the behaviour), or remove the problem (kick).

Its not that I'm being callous or insensitive but...
Part of me can't wait till SB hits so that the forums will be flooded with SB themed posts instead of this flavor of the month.
Healing DRK is literally... the same since ShB. The reason why people think it's a meme to heal nowadays because DRK receives very little to no buff to their sustainability vs 3 other tanks getting something useful. If you're capable of healing DRK back in ShB (or any tanks), then you'll heal EW DRK just fine.

Maybe next time just netflix and chill? Playing while sick is going to lower anyone's patience especially for boring ass dungeons that you've run 1000's of times.
