Even though it's suppose to be one code per account, they gave me two because I ordered two games separately.

Interesting. My boyfriend pre-ordered Stormblood two separate times on his Amazon account (one for me and one for him), and he only received one promo code. Or do you think it has to be two different unrelated games?
However, he didn't care for the promo items though so he gave it to me. >.>

Chat with customer services, they will give it to you. Do not call them.
I am Canadian and after chatting with them, they gave me my code. I called them 5 times and they are useless so you are better off just using chat.I can tell you this much it doesn't work for ppl outside of US. I ordered neir automata from amazon.com on chrome, money already taken from my credit card and game is prepared for shipment (at time of posting) and still no code. I have a amazon.ca account but the email confirmation I got was from amazon.com. I'll give them a call after 48 hrs but SE really needs to fix their wording of the promo as it is false advertising. Very unprofessional.

Both items have to be in a separate and single transaction for this to work, but if you both live in the same household then this method won't work either, since it's limited to 1 code per household and you would be out of luck, if going the "legal" route.Interesting. note* the 2nd transaction/copy of the game, since it's the same amazon account that the order been placed under, need to show that this is/was a gift and then show your address (must be different from his). Otherwise that won't work either and it won't work with full digital copies .
If you have done that, you can contact customer support (amazon) and tell them that one of the codes is missing, normally they are more then willing to give out another code. The promotion itself doesn't state that you can only purchase a game once, if ordered for two different locations (not same household). Give it a try if you really care about another set of codes, however you would not be able to redeem them on your account since you've received the items already. Only your BF would be able to do that on his SE account.

Does anyone know if amazon.ca works for this? since amazon.com doesn't ship to Canada most of the time. and what counts? is it just Final fantasy games or any game from the section

Only amazon.com. Anything in the games section sold & shipped by amazon with the ffxiv promotion listed under the product's promotions counts.
