Anyone having issues with the amazon codes?

I bought mass effect from amazon on 4/25 and contacted amazon customer support in which they gave me a promo code....

But i have used the promo code on the redemption website along with my email address as instructed......

3 days and nothing....nothing in spam folder....WTF...amazon CS is telling me to contact SE and SE customer service was very rude and told me its all Amazon....WTF Guys!!!

Nope can't say I did, bought a game code my code from amazon then entered it on SE site and got my codes from there maybe took 10 minutes at most. This is why person should wait and not do the promotion when it first released stuff always gets messed up should wait a day or two.

very lame....SE blames amazon and amazon now tells me to contact game developer......i wouldn't mind contacted SE but their last customer service rep talked to me like i was retarded....excuse any political correctness

how many times did you do this? did you try a different e-mail? this has nothing to do with Amazon if Amazon already gave you the code, this is a problem with the redemption site.

yeah trying a different email. i tried my main email like 5 times already

What browser are you using? There were some issues with people's emails being code-less if they used Firefox or Chrome, but the email would work if you used IE. Are you using an adblock? They were supposed to have fixed that bug but maybe they created a new one in the process.

It didn't show up in my spam folder. If you have Gmail it will show up in promotions folder. And it was instant from when I entered it in on the redeem website

This was the problem I was having. I contacted Amazon and they told me to change my browser. I went from Chrome to IE and it worked perfectly.
