Went and talked to the representative Samuel from Amazon and he said I had to wait until April 27th to receive my codes, so I asked him to speak his manager, representative Pavan the manager of chat support who said they didn't have the promotion codes to even give out. When I said to him others have already received their codes he said he couldn't offer anything further on the matter and refused to give me my codes that I knew he had.
I heard Amazon has good customer support, but from this it seems it is untrue. While other chat support representatives just hand out their codes upon request I get to waste my time arguing with people who don't seem to give a hoot.
That's just a link to the article. I'm looking for an Amazon.com link that only shows stuff that has the promotion available(not all games or gaming accessories have the promo available).
That link is inside the link Sitches.. linked (invasion of Link!) lol.
"Make a qualifying purchase of $19.99 or more on video games (purchase or pre-order)" from here: https://www.amazon.com/computer-vide.../b?node=468642
"Items that qualify for the promotion will have a note on the store listing. "
Info from Amazon:
Between suggested items and customer reviews should be this blip on the page too:

Could someone link me the Amazon page with the game time card? The one I went to says they are sold out. So either I am at the wrong page or they really are sold out. Which kind of boggles the mind. o0
Link Digital card.
EDIT: Shows unavailable now.

I pretty much got the same thing only I didn't demand to speak to a manager. I figured I'd just wait the 48 hours and if I don't get a code, then I'll go after them or wait a bit here and contact them again for a code. Either way, I find it stupid that I'm having to wait 48 hours on codes that they clearly already took my money for the item and I have the product which can't even be refunded sooooo... (bought the 60 day time card).
Yah, that's the right page. I wonder if they did sell out or if they took it down since people are being pains about the codes. I guess I will have to wait and see.
It should be noted that if you do not receive your codes immediately after ordering and a rep does not supply you with the codes, your character will permanently die from the extreme pressure of having to wait a couple days. Joking aside, I understand how annoying it can be when the customer support has given out codes to some people, but suddenly you're the one that has to wait. Last time, I was in that situation and pestered support a few times and eventually got it, only to have the official mail with the code in it the next day. I felt kind of silly afterwards, but the mind can be a persistent beast when it feels it needs something.
