So why you guys making healers reliant on everyone else to get wins.

Good healers can carry way better bad dps as bad healer can carry good dps.

Please don't be that guy that lets dps at ice in frontlines die, because you want to deal dmg too. Without cleric stance your spells do only like 10-15% of the normal dmg, and ice has also that fancy 50% magic buff, because SE wanted to nerf blackmages, because they can attack from the distance (not like bards and machinist can do that too ? but whatever).
