As if this was new. Low skill playerbase has been a thing since 2.0 was released. The game hands everything out to everyone, something Yoshida's openly admited many times.

nah it isnt new, long ago i had a gld run tam tara and all he did was attack a mob till he killed it and went to the next group, while the rest were wrecking the healer and us, well not really wrecking, eventually the smn pulled out titan though, and pretty much tanked even the final boss. Its moments like these when the community really has to consider if that level 60 tank is really as awful as they think

IF they were to include the potions, I think they should be inaccessible until AFTER the player run through the Hall of Novice on that role first.
