Think it's just the angle with the Iksalion thing, I see no actual resemblance at all.

As for the the Au Ra, unless SE just decides to go back against what they said again about them, they are in no way at all related to dragons, by any means. They made sure this was known as fact.

Ill agree that the Au Ra = Allagan breed theory is flimsy at best and might have no actuality what so ever.

However the Ixal not having any resemblence i will refute



As Ixal and Iksalion shares a head mold i will use an Ixal as they are easier to take screenshots and wont try to tear off my face when nearing them. As can be seen the overall shape is very similar with exact copies of horn and beak. The big difference would be the teeth not being part of the beak but as my thought of it as a cross one would assume they have taken properties of both cross's. Iksalion have feathers much like the geat dragon should be noted.

It's confirmed fact via Fractal Continuum that the Ixal are an Allagan chimaera race.
