Not a huge fan of the hat, but the rest is absolutely amazing, at least on an Elezen in my opinion. My favourite (and most frequently viewed) part of the robe is the corset-style lacing on the back, which is more evident in the casting version with its bold colour scheme:

I've been trying to put something together as well, I doubt it's as good as all of yours though. I've got more male'ish glamour than I'm willing to admit.

The only actual issue with glamours bot being universal right now is the fact Yoshi P would have to pull resources away from the games development to basically redesign existing gear. Also I've seen enough male Roes to know this would actually result in psychological warfare everywhere players gather.

You know, you could just not click on it, right? Or View Profile> Add to Ignore List to erase every cringy person (I presume I'm included) from existence in your version of the forum. Personally, I like seeing people having fun, no matter who they are.

Yeah, it was a bit of a weird decision in the first place to pull resources away from new development to add extra polygons and textures and open up the male-only versions of those outfits to female characters in the first place. I have no idea why they act so inconsistently in this way.

Maybe it's my own perception of clothing but none of these glamours look "girly" to me. Just guys wearing outfits that anyone can wear.. Girly is in the eye of the beholder I guess?

And it's unfortunate that development time will have to be taken up in order to fix it, but it needs to be done. There were a number of less than optimal design decisions, including this one, made early in XIV's development for the sake of getting the game out in a timely matter, which will need to be fixed eventually in order to keep the game running well. The longer they wait, the more the work will pile up, and the more effort it will take to fix.

Personally, I'm a patient person, so as long as there was clear progress being made I'd happily accept an item or two per patch as a compromise. They could even alternate and unlock something for guys on even patches and something for the ladies on odd ones, at least until they ran out of male-only items.

And some of my outfits aren't meant to be super girly, so much as to illustrate how feminine my character looks from certain angles.

That's probably because you're sensible and recognise that clothing doesn't immediately erase a person's gender unless the wearer is actively trying for that effect, given the sheer volume of fashion options across the planet and throughout history. Things that look 'feminine' today looked perfectly 'masculine' a hundred years ago even within the same culture. Whenever we ask for more of the female-only glamours to be made unisex a minority pipes up that the game will be ruined for them if guys start wearing 'girly' clothes, even though there's nothing more girly about the clothing in question than anything else we have access to and nobody has ever quit the game just because we posted a few silly pictures of our guys in short skirts.

It's also why the cries for us to fantasia if we want to wear skirts are so confusing. We don't want to change to female characters. My character doesn't even look especially 'beautiful' since I like a more haggard aesthetic.

Happy to take requests, though I must confess I don't have every item in the game (and have discarded quite a few dungeon items for inventory space reasons - glamour log, when?)
