Got kicked from PotD for the very first time and according to them, I was playing solo.
Sure, my Esuna was not enough for you, my dps was not enough for you.

Apparently they wanted to kill every single mob, discover every single room in all floors and open every single chest.
They should have told me, I wouldn't mind.

"We're kicking you for playing solo". I didn't even get to clear 1 floor with them.

Facepalming so hard right now. Little do they know you actually aren't playing solo and benefiting the whole team lmao.

I have to hit a macro to turn it off because im a ps4 player, which can slow a run down if i have to auto run just to turn a cast off.

Not to be harsh but imo, that was quiet the overreaction there. And telling that healer to stop trolling... I play on ps4 too and I have no issues clicking regen or anything else off. Simply click the touchpad on the right side twice. You can do that even while moving around. And really, is regen such a big deal for you? A tank should have no problem pulling while having regen on. Unless they are facepulling... o_O Then sorry, but that's not how it works...
Yes I agree, regen is not ideal prepull, but I've learned to adapt so it's not an issue. Maybe the healer saw that you got damaged a lot when pulling and decided to help out that way >_>

Why adapt to poor playstyles when people could just not do it in the first place, though? It just creates unnecessary work for others. I'm not saying it's the worst thing someone could do, but it's annoying and easily fixed by simply not doing it.

I'm so sorry her and you and the party had to go through that >_< . Yes there's a ton of creepers out there in the world and is why I mostly keep to myself. Those who need to know, they know and those who don't, I'm more then happy letting them assume whatever about me they want. It just saves so many headaches. I haven't run into the problem yet here THANK GOD. I did though in other games. My last one was I was talking to a guy who seemed nice at first, then he got progressively more creeper and clingy. He actually asked for my name and phone number AFTER I JUST MET HIM. snip

I thought it was less common in 14, but I actually know a couple people that switched to lala from miqo'te last week because they're tired of the weirdos propositioning them/following them around. :/ Like, we get our share of pervs too, but most back off with a simple "no thanks" because they accept that not everyone is into the lala kink I guess LOL.

I feel bad though because when I looked up in contacts, PLD is infact on the same server as him. x_x;

Biiiit of a stretch there buddy. But imagine he puts smoke screen on you every pull or shadewalkers the healer. Kiiiiind of annoying eh?

Weirdest thing I saw was my friend who was a male Lala being harassed by this male Miqote, and then when my friend was confused at what was even going on, the male Miqote got pissed and said something and ran off lmao.

But yeah, female miqote = pervert bait unfortunately. Seen my fair share of people being harassed, mostly when I was on Ultros long ago.

Antitower with players still using lvl 150 stuff (like weapons) with a few lvl 230 acc just to jump their ILvL, before last boss I just recommend a few easy ways to upgrade their gear and they went full "you are an elitist blablabla". We wipe a few time at the last boss because they can't kill dolls fast enough.

Really, it's that hard that spend a few days doing hunts to buy a full ilvl 200 set with a 235 weapon from PoTD and go from there? Thats what I did when i finally made it to HW (during 3.5)

I still don't understand this mentality from these players, even when you are trying to offer genuine advice and be nice, these kind of people just call you elitist as their only response, because how very dare you tell them how to make life a bit easier in this game. Like it makes no sense at all.

Its like those other people when you offer suggestions and they respond with me "Its my sub, I play how I want."

Ran toto-rak normal as a level 49 drk for DF. I had three sproutlings with me so I'm like okay i won't go too fast. In the middle of the dungeon I had the Lancer keep running ahead of me and pulling aggro of which I had recommended to him that he would wait for me to pull it because I knew other tanks wouldn't be as generous to take the aggro off of him without bitching him out or just letting him die. He replied to me "I like speed". Of which I just shrugged off, knowing he'd get his ass handed to him later on for this mentality. He didn't wait for me to pull the final boss either and of which I got a complaint from the conjurer saying I was taking too much damage ( I don't have my gear optimized up to 49 but I didn't have anything that would kill my ability to tank effectly. Never the less I was level synced. Therefore my healthbar shouldn't be a problem and I dodge aoes to the best of my ability when they were ignoring mechanics and I had to pull of the extra adds from them) and that she preferred a marauder instead. No one got my commendation this roll around the DF. Makes it hard for me to be nice and helpful when they won't actually help themselves
