The Jones reference makes sense, but the Tia one doesn't. Tia is part of the Seeker tribes and isn't a "last name" per se, its just denotes who is a non-breeding male. The main reason for that, as stated by the lore, is because each male is viewed as the start of a new family line. In other words male Seekers are gigalos with a harem, lol.
I like helping people with their Job ideas, it's fun to help them visuallize and create the job they'd like to play most. Plus I make my own too, I'll post them eventually.
