Housing Skins!!! Any new idea's?

I've seen some fc's that are so tightly controlled where virtually only a couple ppl can deliver mats, progress it, and remove items made in the fc workshop.

That's crazy. You'd think anyone that wound up would just make a rank they could temp grant people with access to only the mighty bubble and switch'em back to their previous rank once finished.
