Ahhh, that explains it then. You're one of those "this is a game not homework" people. Guess what, even world first raiders study videos. I watch videos of the fights, I record my fights and review to see where I failed, where I need to improve and see how the team performed. (...) If you can't even be bothered to prepare, to come in with a battle plan; how can you expect people to sympathize with you? (well people like me will sympathize with her... and I don't know her ingame or rl-wise, but i share some points with her - not all but most of them)

this is the difference between raider/pro-gamer and casual gamer. For one side (world firsts / hardcore raider) it's more like a sporty competition (BiS, statweights, perfect rota-management, analyses, even the grey-zoned parsers bs...etc.) for casuals it's just a game to relaxe, explore and having fun. for me (although im a raider myself) im not looking any videos after a patch release - I want to explore things by myself in the first way. after all it's the reason why i love rpgs at all. -> if it comes to static clears or even farm, well than I might watch vids for improvement but else - its just a well designed rpg not an e-sports league thingy for me.
