Please reconsider making tanks 100% vit-based damage for 4.0

If you look at secondary stats on tanks, stats like crit, det, and ss have relatively higher weight values compared to other jobs (compare 0.530 per point of crit on DRK vs. 0.279 on DRG). You can either think of this as secondary stats being relatively stronger, or primary stats being relatively weaker (secondary stat weights are normalized relative to the primary stats).
