The truth of the matter is, sure people will unsub/leave or whatever but come Stormblood, they'll be back. I truly, truly doubt the few people that are leaving are making a huge impact on SE's funds. Though, you guys are right all this backlash will probably make SE think twice about pulling this sh*t again.

I agree with you in so much as that I think people making posts that just say "I am leaving/unsubbing" are nonconstructive. That being said its just as annoying to see posts that actively encourage people to leave and not come back instead of finding a compromise. Nobody is suggesting players or developers should beg and cater to players threatening to leave, but at the same time we should be more vocal than ever about the state of the game even if people think the last few months of the expansion aren't important. The fact is that how players react to Diadem could very well translate into how things in Stormblood are developed.

And again, for people who made one purely for BiS until SB, this was a kick to the crotch.

Who honestly did, though? I think no one expected the Anima to become BiS, I think many thought the quest was over with 3.50.

If you started and finished the whole anima quest line within those 9 days, you deserve one hell of an award, though.
